We're not responsible for lost or stolen packages (see our Shipping & Returns Policy). To take extra precautions in case of lost mail or package theft, we strongly recommend adding shipping insurance to your order! Insurance is provided by Shipsurance.
For U.S. orders under $100: USPS Ground Advantage and USPS Priority Mail both already include insurance up to $100. However, please note that USPS insurance does not cover refunds for packages that were marked as delivered but can't be found (e.g. package theft, wrong address delivery). USPS insurance only covers cases of packages that are stuck "in transit".
