Shipping & Return Policy


Processing Time
Before shipment, we typically take 1-4 business days to ship in-stock orders. Please note that immediately after shop updates, we may take up to 5 business days to process orders.

Preorders, however, can take up to 3 months to ship, but it depends on the product type. We encourage you to check the preorder status chart that is regularly updated in case you want to know the current status of production.

Shipping Services
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout with options for either USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail. Rates are dependent on package weight and ship-to location. Despite the light weight of sticker-only orders, domestic rates are still ~$3-4 because of the tracking capability.

We do not offer local pickup or delivery.

House of Pins is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. To take extra precautions in case of lost mail or package theft, we strongly recommend buying shipping insurance. Insurance is provided by Shipsurance.

Customs & Import Charges
House of Pins is not responsible for any additional customs & import charges that may apply.

Lost Mail
Please allow extra time for packages to arrive due to USPS delays during the pandemic, especially for international orders. If your package has been stuck at one step in-transit for a long time, please contact us - although we are not responsible for lost packages, we will do our best to see if there's anything that can be done. We strongly encourage buying shipping insurance for this reason (please see Insurance section above).

If a package is marked as delivered but you can't find it, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund in this case. USPS packages often prematurely say they're delivered and can take up to 4-5 days to show up after being marked as delivered. We also recommend checking with neighbors, or talking to your local post office - the local post office is often able to do a GPS look-up on deliveries.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns and Exchanges
Once your order is shipped, we do not take returns or exchanges unless there's a significant issue with the product or we made a mistake with the order (please contact us with photo proof if that's the case!).

However, if your in-stock order has not shipped yet and you'd like to cancel part of the order or the entire order, please contact us. You will be refunded on your original form of payment. Preorders, though, cannot be canceled as they fund production of the products; additionally, in-stocks that are within outstanding preorders cannot be canceled if the intention is to repurchase the same item at a sale price at a later date.
